You think it's got the edge over your indoor Rev 2 or just different?

Yes, I think it does have an edge over my indoor Rev 2. It simply, flies better. The sail for the B2 has a bit more sail area, particularly on the trailing edge. It is a subtle difference, but it is enough for me to notice. My regular indoor Rev 2 has very little feeling on the end of the lines. Not much sail pressure. The B2 is also pretty numb on the line, but just a bit less than the Rev 2. It has a bit more sail pressure and flies easier. I have not flown my B2 since modifying it, but I'm sure I will soon enough. I have replaced the leading edge with the old skinny indoor rods to give the LE a bit more flex. This makes the sail cup a bit more, and makes it easier to fly. I am using normal 2 wrap rods as verticals, because I want a bit more weight and inertia for those bottom tips to make the flic-flacs and such easier. I've also done my usual modifications that I do for all my indoor kites.

So, in a nutshell, yea, the B2 flies better than the regular Rev 2. :)

The addiction continues . . . .

+2 more from someone thinning out their bag = 11 total for me now

added - Rev 1 - Yellow/Blue

added - Rev 2 - Solid Red

Already counted:

1st - 1.5 standard sail

2nd - Shockwave

3rd - Vented B-Series

4th - 1.5 SUL

5th - Rev 1

6th - Shockwave

7th - 1.5 vented

8th - 1.5 standard sail

9th - 1.5 SUL

Stated differently . . . I've been accumulating these because I'm now covered for two flyers for almost all wind conditions, plus a few odds and ends. This way, I can fly with my son, or my daughter, or a friend and we're covered no matter what the wind is doing. I'm don't think I'm quite ready for indoor . . . . yet.

2x 1.5 SUL kites

2x 1.5 full sail

2x 1.5 vented

2x Rev 1

2x Shockwave

and 1x Rev 2

One of these days . . . I'll decide I want matching color schemes as opposed to random (mostly secondhand) kites, and then this hobby will get out of hand . . . .of course, my wife already thinks it's out of hand . . . so nobody tell her the count, please ;-)
