Caribbean Blue I believe is the color. It looks great in person, the picture doesn't do it justice.

ah, soz about that old bean it's our UK dark afternoons + flash to blame for the lack lustre photograph! :blue-confused:

Will wait for a brighter moment to grab a snap.

It does indeed look great IRL! :kid_content:

Can't wait to see the new pics then! I'm wanting a midvent something fierce these days.

new pics uploaded here

but I'm still not happy with the colour balance but you get the general idea.

Best I could do indoors ATM.

Marty, yes it is a nice colour and you will enjoy it once you've acquired one ;)

I have just ordered my second Rev, a B Series Night from Kent at A Wind of Change. It gets nearly as dreary here in the Pacific Northwest as it does in the UK during winter. I need bright colors to cheer me up and to stave off that seasonal affective disorder.

John, you are going to be busy updating this thread!

A "Newbee" with nothing else better to do than buy Revs...

Put me down for 5 ...(SLE,SUL,B-Std,B-midvent,Blast)... Yep, that's five!

And I'm looking at a "B"-pro...

I need help! Someone stop me, please, stop me!

(I refuse to disclose my "pusher"... I'm no snitch... But, YOU know who YOU are!)

Welcome to the club brother ripstop is the most powerful non drug out there.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now saying that add 6 more yes 6, managed to stumble upon 4 new in the plastic and 2 very slightly used older Rev's at an estate sale :kid_devlish: luckily all without mylar.

2 x 1.5's

2 x Vented :ani_yahoo:

2 x SUL's

All for about the price of a single B-Series :ani_punk: guess the Pro will be delayed just as I saved up enough :ani_wallbash:

Not sure I should be answering that question to someone with a name like "thief" :confused!:

Anyway, this wasn't from a kite shop it was a private estate sale the SLK's were a few Rok's some line laundry and a mesh delta which needs some sewing.

Those I pretty much got for buying the revs.

Hi All.

Just a thought. Does anyone (at Revolution, or anyone else) have any idea just how many Revs are out there?

I'd never even SEEN one before I caught the kiting bug, but reading this forum regularly makes it obvious they're all over the planet and have been for, what, 20 years?

Anyone even hazard a guess at the total?

Fraser

============================

Total count (updated 11/5/08):

1,586 Revs between 156 pilots!

-----------

*list is updated on occasion, the last post included in totals is #869 in this thread, by Choccy.

*total count per person should reflect kites actually in possession, and only those produced by Revolution.

*do not edit list - tended by administrators.

Friday I took delivery of the latest addition to my kite bag, and I would like to thank Ben and Lolly for their efforts in making this happen for me, I didn’t know if they would be prepared to do a mid-vent in an old colour scheme. I know it is a little retro for some people’s tastes but it is in my colours and I am well pleased with it,

I have to admit I haven’t had chance to fly it yet, Sunday was Rev I Pro Use light wind training.
