CLTKiter
Hey Ben, Good flying with you yesterday and today. Here are several pictures. Hope you don't mind more than just the one you asked for. For the teaching, I'm teaching my granddaughter in North Myrtle Beach a couple of years ago. And also my grandson. You can see that Bethy enjoyed it so much that she came back for another lesson since we're wearing different clothes. I've alto taught Bobby Douglas and Bethy's father (my son-in-law), taught Bob how to fly my Blast at Hilton Head Island, and several others. Loved the Anniversary T-Shirt!!! Later, Doug

Mike
Here's a shot of my stack racing a helicopter at an airshow: Teaching some folks to team fly and also teaching a jelly bean to fly: Me flying (I'm the one on the left ) And finally, a photo of an impromptu team fly around the drachen logo (OK, I photoshopped the logo into the pic, but it's still a nice aerial shot of an impromptu team fly in Two Rivers, Wisconsin):
johnnmitchell
I have a problem photographing myself when I am flying or teaching someone how to fly a REV. However here are my photos and a drawing. No. 1 a white REV 1.5 that I did some appliqué work on back in 1996. No. 2 me flying a REV I at Fuerteventura in 1995. No. 3 me teaching Xenia how to fly a stunt kite in 2006. No. 4 a REV with Drachen Foundation on it. The idea here is that the cloud is blowing the wind towards the Revolution logo. Enjoy, John

kite.flyer
Hey, Ben, Cape Fear was really a blast this year. I'm glad you could make it and hope to see more Revs next year. Speaking of last year, Keith saw me flying a Rev and wanted to try it. After a few instructions, he took the handles and didn't want to give them back. His folks bought him an EXP on the way home and he was flying it at Cape Fear this year. He looks like he's enjoying it. This Summer I started putting together a progressive stack from my Rev bag. I already had the Rev II and 1.5 in this picture as a beginning. Lolly made me a custom Rev I and this is the result. I added the tails for show. The kites are framed with 1/4" 4-wrap sticks. I'm pleased with how well this stack flies in light winds.
monkey
One day I'll learn to properly organize pictures on my machines but, I suspect that will be about the same day I get off my butt and scan in the piles of "real photos" I have knocking around too. I have a bunch from teaching people at various WSIKFs over the years. But, I did manage to cobble together a series, complete with a theme so I can get my mitts onto one of those shirts too.... I call this "the conversion of a dual line flyer" A few years ago, I began teaching a mouse how to fly a rev... In the first picture, taken in Lincoln City, we can see that shes still holding onto an Obsession for dear life while I have two Rev 1s setup, one for me, and one for her. The next picture was taken a year later, also in Lincoln City. As we can see in this picture, there is no dual line kite in site and she has a particularly happy grin on her face : (judging by the sun its too early to have had a drink, so, I'm going with the happy kite flyer idea) She has grown to like Revs soooo much that she made a special one, which counts as my favorite rev of all time : And if you are really lucky, one of your students can go on to take a national championship, even when dressed up as a man... and, just to be good, I spent a bunch of time on the Drachen site today, and snapped a pic of one of their stickers thats in my house, this one being on one of my wee little computer speakers.... *tada*
