johnnmitchell
I just found the attached image showing 'long arms' flying with the Shockwave. Note the horizontal handles. This will work with the Zen I suspect.Felix Looks like you are on the Donauinsel(Danube Island) in Vienna, Austria.

Cath Shook
and whats about the "new spars", specially designed for the zen? Yep, the Zen is $440, and I believe 'kite only'. New rods are still being tested, to my understanding, but close - Very close! I have several on order as soon as they're ready, if any of you are ready!! bartman
I would certainly hope that for $440.00 it will come with rods. I probably would not buy if it doesn't. $400.00 was my limit. I'd reach to the $440.00, but not another $100 or so for rods. awindofchange
Tentative price on the Zen is $440.00 USD. This includes the complete kite (with one set of specialized ZEN rods) and bag. Lines, handles, DVD and all other accessories are sold separately. pudsli
hi all. can someone tell me why the Zen (the white one) is made up of all them pannels. if it is a light wind kite, would it not make sense to make it out of 3 pieces, rev logo in the middle and pannel on each side. cannot understand why rev make full colour kite with all those pannels, like the custom black or white ones. all the best steve. Baloo
Think you will find that as the Zen is like a B it is to do with channeling the wind and panel stretch. I have a couple of single piece type sails with some old rev 2's (just love those solid colours) and the sails tent to make a different shape when in the air to other sails that are made up of numerous parts. Hope this is right??

Morrunya
hi Chris.i think i will wait for someone a bit more quallified to answer. all the best steve. ROFL I do believe Baloo is correct. The way the sail fills and stretches is different on a sail with multiple panels, rather than a sail with 1 or three panels. I doubt they would be willing to reveal them in order to protect it from some far east pirates.

Windstar
For those on the US East Coast, please keep in mind that there are local kite shops that need customer support also. This past year has been very difficult for me to stay in business, and I am doing my best to support the Revolution line! The Zen, looks like an awesome kite. I plan on having info up on my site in the next few days regarding the Zen! I just hope that fliers realize that support of you local kite shop is needed, so wherever you live, please support your closest kite shop. This past year has seen 4 kite shops in OHIO close! Not a good thing at all! So please remember to try to support you local shop. Thanks for listening! Your friend in PA.
