Tokyo Bay Flight Party 2008

Hi, all!

The 2008 Tokyo Bay Flight Party is scheduled from November 15 to the 16th in Japan.

We achieved the Rev mega-flight of 48 on TBFP2007.

However, we'll attempt a new record on TBFP2008.

1. We'll make 4 rows, and fly REV from first row sequentially.

2. And, we'll make the shape of BIG REV.

3.We also have the plan to form the character of "TBFP", "2008", and "LOVE".

Will you pray for our success? ;)

We will make an effort to pass on good news to you.....

Thank you Mr.Felix :blue-love:

Indeed, thank you for your nice message.....

It is very regrettable that we(Yes, all of Japanese fliers!) can't see each other in Tokyo.

Let's fly together again at some time.

I'm lookin' forward it. ;)

Takako,

that looks like so much fun!

Have a great time!

With 72 fliers 2 groups of 6 x 6 would be sublime!

9 x 8 as in 9 across and 8 deep might be possible giving 4 concentric circles. That would be, to coin a phrase, totally awesome. 'Edit' They could imitate the Ferris Wheel <grins>

I think you should sit out and take pictures for a kitelife article.

Quite! Talking of which David, I finally found your articles regarding Portsmouth, Bristol and the grid! Very well done.

I hope to read up on Tokyo Bay soon. I am irritated that I cannot be there...

I too read with great interest the articles Monks wrote in Kitelife. Just selfishly wish something like those flies in Portsmouth & Bristol could be done here at WildWood or Liberty state park........hint hint hint!!!!!

Wow, those were tricky to write. Easier to do it than to try and explain it, so thanks!

I have asked John for a writeup...
