Stephen, Look at this URL: http://johnnmitchell.vlexo.com/3-Photograp...aloupe1997.html

for pictures from the Guadeloupe competition that I doubt you have ever seen.

John M,

Thanks for posting the link to the Guadeloupe pics, they bring back fond memories. I remember one of the Robertshaw brothers, and Barresi spranging their ankles from stepping in one of the large ground cracks. And the UCPA where we all stayed at was hot and humid with no air conditioning, the beach party tug-o-war between the AKA & STACK, The bikini model show, the limbo world champion, and the great night fly show!

It's too bad thatthe founder of the event "Eric Rotan" passed away before the event, or perhaps the event may still be going on each year. It was a one of a kind event, that's for sure!

BTW - I have 14 hours of video from the event. You remember the guy from OKC that had traveled with our team there (John Donnell) that went to the same high school as you, in OKC, and that stayed drunk all the time, and always had the camera in everyone's face? He took the videos, and actually did a decent job. He took video of all the night partys, all of the Team Ballet and Team precision competitions.

I also still have the promo video that was done by my friends from ESPN that did the professional video there.

Mystery Photo No. 29

What team is flying the REVs?

Where are they flying the REVs?

Tip: the location is European and it is usually warm there.

I wouldn't know the answer to this question, but I do know that I like the look of those revs.

It's the Decs and maybe in italy Chervia ?

Spelled "Cervia" and all is correct!

The correct Italian pronunciation sounds more like chervia.

For those who are not familiar with Decs, Decs is the short name for the Decorators.

Gary, it is now time for you to come up with a mystery photo.

Mystery Photo 31

Having "lurked" on this thread for a while I thought I would pose you this questions. Who is this celebrated Rev pilot demonstrating one of the more unothrodox styles you are likely to see?

I know who it is!

He lives in the USA west of the Mississippi!
