fortflyer
Gasp! When did YOU see his handles?! Well I was watching the Food Network and they had an special on Italy, To make a long story short it seems they focused on this certain kite flyer whose handles also doubled as spaghetti tongs. I believe Mario Batali will be offering a similar set in his new cookware lineup. Actually I did see a video clip of him flying in this forum somewhere, He is really really good but I really don't remember his name. awindofchange
Mystery No. 18What makes these Bazzer eyes unique to all the other ones that he has made? No answers from the quad nuts at Wildwood this year... My "eyes" don't have veins in them.
johnnmitchell
My "eyes" don't have veins in them. Mine have veins, but it is either my age or too much sitting in front of the computer or both.
johnnmitchell
Mystery Photo No. 16Who is this real master of Revolution Quad line flying? It seems no one got this one, not even the Europeans. It is Guido Maiocchi who has won the EuroCup five times; 1999, 2000, 2001, 2004 and 2006. There are a lot of videos on the internet of Guido flying both indoors and outdoors. Mystery Photos remaining unsolved are 17, 18 and 19. quadkit
Veins is correct... that is Bazzer's personal. I believe he said he wanted to make it a lil different than the others.

Morrunya
Mystery Photo No. 17How many REVs are in this picture? (no tricks here they are all orginal REVs) I think there are 17 Revs in Mystery Picture 17!
johnnmitchell
Your Landed on the lines of the all white Rev about 15' behind it. Oh and I love that sail. Close enough! The one in the back(really not all white) landed with the lines through the V of the closer one. Thank you, I happy to hear you like it. The one in the back is the first Rev I ever made of Icarex. I wanted it to be 4 colors, but they weren't easily available at the time, so I went for two colors. The one of in the front was the first of my first progressive train. It is a REV I and made from Carrington Nylon.
johnnmitchell
I think there are 17 Revs in Mystery Picture 17! quadkit said 17 was the correct answer as mentioned earlier. The open question on them now is: How many of each version is there? quadkit said my guess was close. I will be silent until it is guessed by someone else. Now it is up to you to find the correct answer. It is not easy, but if you look at the sail patterns, you will surely come up with the correct answer. Spencer, check out Mystery Photo 19. You might have met the guy.

Once I take a sewing class this fall I plan on making one similar to that as my class project. I don't know what it is I just like that pattern. johnnmitchell
Talking of Lee Sedgwick, what is going on here, (its not a crop). Looks like a drop of water splattered on the sail.
Morrunya
Talking of Lee Sedgwick, what is going on here, (its not a crop). I'm gonna take a wild guess here, and say that the photographer was about to take a picture of something, but the flyer of a Sedgwick Rev 1 flew the kite right in front of him as he took the picture! harrier
Spot on Watty, the photographer was not holding the camera though, and the wet sail stuff is correct too, Rob had dipped the Rev1 so it showed nice and shiny in the pics. One of the shots we were after.
