beach Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 As most of you know I'm am on my way to the UK for both Bristol and Portsmouth with the team and Joe H who started all this 20 years ago, and I have gotten a few questions of why only the UK when your already here and Dieppe is just right around the bend....... So after thinking it all thru I have to admit it only makes sense for me to go over to France to see all the Family there to, plus I like the idea of spreading the message even louder that we as a company are truly " coast to coast and around the world"......... So there's the plan 2 events in the UK, then off to Dieppe...... :blue-cool: Now as always I have my hand out cause I may need some help in Dieppe to teach and also some general help while I'm there, so is anyones going email me direct at [email protected] so we can speak please............. Ben had all his kites out even before the festival started in Portsmouth, UK last Friday He was happy jamming away, and showing us his skills of wiffling the monument and statues by the sea. It was great to meet you. One last try I'll swap my signed 20th for it. No No forget it, it was agift and wouldn't be right and I'd forever feel guilty. My son and Ben are best mates now.Ben is BIG BEN in our house now. Great memories everytime we watch the 10oclock News and The bell strikes. The sights were great but what was better was how each and every one of you made me feel right at home, those memories are priceless and I can't seem to stop smiling... Well just coming from flying in the park by the tower and I even gave a lesson or two and think were going to have some new French fliers in the fold before long.... So Paris was, well Paris was Paris but I'm really itching to get some real flying going so I'm off to Dieppe in the morning where the winds are off the water and it's another group of people that want to know " wheres Ben'..... :blue-grin: So as I prepare I wanted to reach out to all my new mates over in Portsmouth and Bristol and thank you for making it the trip of a lifetime, and to say from the bottom of my heart I'm proud to call you friends, mates, or Family cause all of you were even more than I expected face to face and to remind you that you always have a place to stay if your in my part of the world and even if I'm not there your still welcome to stay ay my place, you just can't play with all my kites....
