Stephen Hoath
Being the world famous fabulous flier that I am I have decided that setting up kites is now beneath me. As such I have personally trained (no expense spared - ie it didin't cost me anything) 6 people to simultaneously set up a series of Revs using different spars, lines and kite weights next to where I am standing. They then thoroughly test these kites to make sure that they are appropriately set and have a general discussion about why their choice is the right one. They have got this set up procedure down so well now that I am also able to let them fly the kites for me. I find this far less strenuous and leaves me more time to talk about kites and drink beer. But shhhh, don't tell them, they think they are team flying! I haven't yet told them that they are my personal kite slaves! So, who else out there has discovered the joy of kite roadies? Choccy
I haven't yet told them that they are my personal kite slaves! Your secret is safe with me, but I think they might already be aware I'm honoured to have been turned down to be a kite slave (phew), right Nigel ? I only wanted to pack your stack away so I could keep it You know what they say... never let anyone else near your lines. How's the centipede? Jonesey
So, who else out there has discovered the joy of kite roadies? Stephen... We use a similar system but unlike your 'help the aged' route we went for the child labour option... they are easier to transport .. fit most car boots, don't drink your beer , and can be sent to bed before they get too embarrassing ... You will see below the benefits of proper training .... never again will you have to land your leading edge on hard earth...children are much softer... sailor99
Its good to see that your children learned to duck, of even dive to the ground whenever pink was hovering overhead. http://www.revkites.com/forum/index.php?ac...ost&id=2365
