(Cheers Rich) Only trouble is, he is stuck in the Parcel Force depot in Leeds, and here's why Yes, thay want me to pay £55 for my own kite. Just phoned Customs up and was told to pay the charges and then claim them back. I have to cut the Customs lables of the parcel. Print off, from my computer, any coricpondence? with my contact in USA, that says he has sent it back. And i have to send proof of shipment from UK to USA of my kite. What a bloody caper Derek. It is known as 'British Returned Goods' and so, as long as you have proof of export from UK to USA, you should get your money back.
