New Kites for The Flying Squad

I've just noticed these twisted revs, "Rev weave on black" come in 11 colour options !

(a bit like the rok design, and the genki, and the gem....and my fav. the twisted noodle).

That's true these kites are based on Bazzer's Twister series and you can get your own one from the usual source. That said, I think we have unique colour choices for the team. We saw the design and we just had to have them. Maybe next on the list will be matching Genkis, Rokkakus.... now, where is my lottery ticket?

oh yes, and they flew sweet. That little extra weight in the sail makes for a very steady kite and very forgiving in the bumpy Bedfordshire breeze.

Hello Stephen,

Beautiful New Kites !

I was looking at them also, and I would like to know where is the vented serie with this type of design ?

Hi Sabine,

with regard to the vented, as you can guess that would be very hard on this design. We are looking to other possible designs, perhaps we will have to design a European VERY high wind version :blue_wink:

BTW Love your work, and look forward to seeing you at Portsmouth

Hello Simon,

It's difficult for me to follow a discussion in english and I'm sorry if I can tell something wrong.

But I understand that you need help to make a very vented revolution ??

I am not a specialist, in reality, and I think it's difficult to imagine if a vented panel is good placed or not.

Tests should be carried out (Altavista babel fish translation ;) )

Thank you for your compliments.

I love the design, congratulations to The Flying Squad, the new cometas.El team Bolau, we also want to create a new design, based on the Black White and Red colors maybe with some support gris.

Hello Fernan :)

I think your team would look great with the black white and red twisted rev style also or similar :)

apologies to Stephen and The Flying Squad, for not coming down this weekend to see the unveiling of your splendid new team kites.

I do hope the wind wasn't zero for the whole of the kite festival for you!

Hope to see you at the next one... ;)

Hi to Choccy and the rest of the THe Flying Squad fan club, dont worry you will still be able to see them next weekend at Basingstoke Hampshire, usually a good turn out of The Flying Squad, and great commentary and music too :blue-music:

As a fan of all those teams.... is the Basingstoke Festival at the same site as in 'which year was it?'

Its looking pretty dire for next weekend wind wise too. But I am a great believer in the imposibility of forecasting the weather in the UK for more than 2 days except in exceptional circumstances.

Not sure if in 'which year was it' was it in the same place as it is this year (Oh hell, my grammar is really taking a hammering with that phrase!)

Is it due to be zero or a gale?
